Margo

Located in Heisdorf, MARGO is a new residential project featuring 10 thoughtfully designed apartments. The name MARGO pays tribute to the former resident of the house that once stood on this plot – a way to preserve a small piece of the site’s history.
As with all Polyform projects, the focus lies on clear design, high living comfort, and architectural quality. Each apartment combines functionality, comfort, and contemporary aesthetics.
MARGO is set in a green and quiet environment, with easy access to Luxembourg City – ideal for those who wish to combine nature and urban living.
As a unique touch, MARGO also features a collaboration with Luxembourgish artist Jeanine Unsen. Known for her deeply personal and poetic work, Unsen explores themes such as femininity, identity, and vulnerability. Her art, often created through delicate embroidery and textile-based techniques, reflects the invisible threads of human connection. For MARGO, she has created a series of bespoke pieces that bring a sense of intimacy and soul into the building – offering residents not just a place to live, but a place that resonates emotionally.
