Living space± 300 sqm
This free-standing house has found its place on a plot surrounded by greenery, at the end of an impasse. Fitting into this calm and very special environment is an example of understated, contemporary, meticulous architecture. Brick and plasterwork combine in the facade of this building which shelters 300 sqm of living space under its roof. To avoid the inconvenience of uninvited glances, and to preserve the residents’ privacy, window-free sections are selectively positioned to face the neighboring houses.
The house opens generously on the garden side with large glass walls, inviting full enjoyment of the terraces and the garden with swimming pool.
